Mailinator is down … so what?

As I already mentioned, Mailinator.com is down. But as it seems, it’s not the only one of its kind, allowing on-the-fly generation of email accounts. I just stumbled over a very crude site, mailinator.ath.cx. Doesn’t offer much explanations but a mail sent to any random account at that domain will arrive there and is available through the web interface, no password required. So at least there’s something to fill the gap until the real Mailinator re-opens.
