More Features needed when trying to migrate a Virtual Machine from VMware Workstation to GSX Server 3.2.1

I got this error message when trying to migrate a virtual machine created with VMware Workstation 5.5 to a VMware GSX Server 3.2.1 host. Should have tried VMware Server Beta, I guess.
