SixApart Really Blew It For Me

Since Volker reported that MovableType 3.3 now again is free for personal use, I was about to give it a try. However, once at the site I had to find out that you need to register with TypeKey before you’re allowed to download MovableType 3.3. Well, thanks, but “no, thanks”. Get your addresses somewhere else, promote your TypePad service as you like, but spare me. MovableType 2.661 is still going strong here, so there’s no real need to upgrade anyway. I guess that was really the last time I took a look unless someone pays me to do so. An aside: Does anybody know whether the guys at SixApart have learned about “Finite State Machines” yet?
